Chapter 42 Finishing Blow

• Sylvia Graham’s last reply left Edward Raine totally baffled. When he got back to the rental, the living room light was on. Kunlun sat on the couch with his eyes closed. Edward chuckled. “Kunlun, still up?”
• “Master Edward, Mr. Murphy called.” Kunlun opened his eyes, heavy with worry. “Mr. Murphy rushed back to the family overnight, and Jiang Tianyang hasn’t left the city.”
• “What happened?” Edward asked. Mr. Murphy had been sent by that father he’d never met to back him up. If he had suddenly bolted home, it had to be something big. And it had to be tied to Jiang Tianyang—otherwise Kunlun wouldn’t put those two facts together.
