- I honestly did not sleep well last night. What she told me the previous day made me feel guilty. I thought she had already given up on me. I thought she was no longer interested in staying with me.
- I knew I made a rash decision but I only did that out of anger. None of the actions I took were premeditated nor did I ever harbor any surreal intention to hurt her.
