Chapter 65

Evana had closed her eyes when she was falling, ready to meet her fate but the most shocking thing happened she landed on something very soft and for a few seconds she thought she had died. But suddenly she could smell something rotten and everything around her was stinking. She opened her eyes and looked around her only to find that she had landed on a file of garbage. Her body was still burning hot and she wanted to cool herself down. But all she could feel was sweaty and hot around her.
She got up from the place where she had landed but just as she got up everything started shaking around her and she saw heaps of garbage being thrown towards the place where she was standing and suddenly it started moving forward. Only then did she realize that she had landed on a garbage truck.
She hoisted herself up and looked up towards the place from where she fell but she couldn’t see anyone but just as the truck pulled away from the parking, she saw Ralph and the other guy coming out of the café and she observed that they were busy searching for someone and it was no doubt her. She quickly hid herself and heaved a sigh of relief.
