• He emerged from the room holding a packet after several seconds.
• As Kelman approached Evana, she became lost in her thoughts and looked at him nervously. She gulped down saliva as she considered the worst-case scenarios and pondered running away. The contents of the package intrigued her, but also made her anxious. This caused Kelman to chuckle briefly before stifling his laughter just as quickly when the elevator doors closed behind them both.
• Although he found her clumsiness endearing and was tempted to kiss her plump lips, he restrained himself. The thought of approaching her made him apprehensive as she seemed ready to leap off the building at any moment.
