• "I made some strawberry pancakes," I heard Ms. Miranda notified me the minute she noticed my presence. The dark-skinned lady was the definition of beauty, her skin was flawless and she carried a simple but unique smile. "Should I help you set up the table or something?" I asked, walking up to Ms. Miranda.
• "I would have wanted your help but you might not know exactly where I kept the plate," she muttered. "I can sense everything, I would locate them if you explained to me where they are being kept," I said, not wanting to give her a hint that I could see her.
