Chapter 65 Playing Chase

• Stepping off the plane, I cannot help but feel as a wave of relief wash over my troubled mind. Not once while I was waiting for my flight was there the odd message or even the expected from the man that I was running away from.
• Though it has been one rather long flight so I am fully expecting my phone to light up with his name once I switch it on. But I have come to realize that it would be foolish for me to keep this number, especially if my aim is to disappear from the face of the earth.
• So as I make my way through the airport, that part that cannot contain my curiosity wants to check if he has come no notice that I am gone. But I can almost guarantee that his anger would have blown out in full rage for Lucas is not a man that takes it lightly if he has lost something that belongs to him.
