Chapter 3 They Found Me??!

  • VIENNA
  • “Edwar- Paco’s the father,” I uttered in disbelief.
  • I hid that in my pocket, they probably searched me down after kidnapping me.
  • “That couldn’t be possible since I had a vasectomy,” Paco smirked.
  • I wish I could wipe that smirk off his face.
  • “So, what’s going to happen? You call Kane asking for a ransom in exchange for his baby,” I sighed.
  • I was hoping to keep my baby a secret till I got back to Florida. This way Kane wouldn't know about our child and I would raise him in the loving arms of me and my brother.
  • The man ‘Caspian’ held an intense gaze on me, staring at me in confusion with knitted brows. He threads towards me before cupping my cheek softly.
  • “It can’t be… this shouldn't be happening,” he growled, my eyes widened at the deep bowel that beckoned from his throat.
  • The touch of his skin against mine spread a nice warmth as I moaned silently into his touch. His eyes turned neon green before he barked, “MATE”.
  • I release a piercing scream shooting out of his touch.
  • “No…Let me go, what are you, people?” I scrambled back, my heart pounding louder against my rib cage.
  • They stared at me in amusement, Paco and the other men laughed but Caspian held a deep scowl.
  • “Grab her and follow me,” he ordered before four men gathered around gripping me tightly by the arm.
  • “Careful,” I wince at their tight hold and follow the mysterious man who switched eye colors in milliseconds.
  • Was I hallucinating? I have to be because theirs no way he just switched as if another being was inside him.
  • We walked through a mahogany door with carvings similar to ancient drawings, the room was beautiful. The room was filled with more diamonds than it did wood.
  • If they're so rich what would they need me for?
  • The men threw me on the carpet before holding a strong look with Caspian, as though they were communicating before leaving us alone in the room.
  • “I already sent a message to Kane,” Caspian drawled, spinning the cigarette match between his fingers.
  • “Why did you call me that?” he took a harsh breath in before releasing the intoxicating puff of smoke.
  • “Look, princess you have no idea what world you’re a part of,” he breathed, The loud thump of his feet clamp against the ground as he trudges towards me.
  • “I’m a Lycan wolf, my brother Kane is an Alpha and you just happened to be carrying a Lycan alpha’s baby,” he puffed, squatting in front of me with his fingers dancing with my strands of hair.
  • “That about sums it up but what’s so crazy, is you’re my Mate,” he laughed sarcastically.
  • “Mate?” I shudder in disgust.
  • I think they drugged me, there has to be a reasonable explanation for this. There's no way wolves or alphas exist, and now this psychopath is claiming me as his mate.
  • “You're Not the one to feel disgusted, I’m the destined Lycan king to a pack of werewolves meant to bring them to greatness, and yet the moon Goddess chose to make a human my mate.” he scoffed, dragging another puff from his cigarette.
  • “Destined? So you aren't one yet,”
  • The man carries an aura of intense dominance and his gaze sets a fire in me that desperately wants to be quenched but I can’t allow myself to believe this nonsense.
  • “You don't need all the details, I just need you to accept whatever I'm about to say to you,” I eye him suspiciously with my gaze fixed on his lips.
  • “I, Caspian Caruso reject you, Vienna-
  • “YOU’RE LYING,” a loud growl pierced through the air before the door was ripped off its hinges.
  • Kane stood there with his nostrils flared and blazing red eyes. He had claws shot out from his fingers and his teeth as sharp as canines.
  • “YOU WILL LET HER GO THIS INSTANT,” he ordered, his gaze softened on me and I could sense him claiming his territory.
  • He abandoned me and reduced me to nothing but a sex slave in our home and it’s now he chooses to have a conscience, unbelievable.
  • “You feel it, don't you? You can hear its tiny heartbeat beating already,” Caspian taunted.
  • “You can get her after the ceremony,” he offered.
  • Kane scowled, grabbing the chair beside him, before tossing it across the room smashing it against the wall.
  • “You aren’t getting anywhere with this, Father already picked me as the new Alpha. After what you did NOBODY would’ve accepted you,” he roared.
  • Caspian looked at him with lazy eyes before placing his cigarettes in an Ashtray. He picks me off the ground, tossing me on the sofa as though I was a bag of feathers.
  • “She’s not leaving here, till we perform the Alpha ceremony. You knew we both deserved to be Alpha’s and yet you sided with Father to banish me,” Caspian sneered.
  • He ripped his shirt off and lunged across the room towards Kane. I watch them stunned as I hear the sudden cracks of bones and skin tearing.
  • I was staring at a pitch black wolf and a honey-blonde wolf twice my size circling each other in the room.
  • My breath became uneasy as they smacked their canines at one another, their claws digging into each other's skin.
  • They tumbled across the room before Kane threw Caspian out the window.
  • I watch them ludicrously as they fight against each other on the grass.
  • More men marched out but stood watching them, it was as if no one dared to intervene.
  • This is my chance, my hands are free and everyone’s occupied with what’s happening out there.
  • I climb through the window and dash in the opposite direction of their fight. I sprinted through the grass with the wind blowing through my hair till I knew I was far enough.
  • “HELP,” I cried out, I steadily walked past the trees trying to find a way to any sign of civilization.
  • It was as though they dragged me out to the middle of the woods for God knows what.
  • My legs gave out and I fell into the embrace of the fallen leaves and wet grass. I give in to the silence till I hear the crushing of leaves against the sole of someone's foot.
  • “Who’s there? Please help me, I don't know where I am,” I cried.
  • A man emerged with concern written over his face. He had a shotgun in his hands before tossing it away to come to my aid.
  • “You look terrible, what happened to you?” he asked, helping me to my feet.
  • “I need to get to a hospital, I was kidnapped. Please,” he nodded with a sign of acknowledgment directing me back to his truck.
  • I get into his passenger seat relaxing into the cushions.
  • “Just sit back and relax, I’ll get you to the hospital right on time,” he smirked, increasing the volume of the car radio.
  • I heard the door lock before he covered my nose and mouth with a handkerchief. I scratched at his arm frantically looking for any leverage to free myself, but my vision only began to go blurry.
  • “Alpha Cyrus would be so happy to know I found you,”
