• I slept all through the morning, because when I woke up, it was noon. A little past noon. I yawned and tried to stretch my body, but stopped when pain racked through me. Urghh...it was frustrating not being able to stretch. I pulled the duvet ofc to inspect my ankle. The swelling had not gone down at all but the pain was less and the colour of the skin there was an eyesore.
• I leaned back and sighed, as memories of the time I had spent in the kitchen with Adrian, ran through my head.
