Chapter 4 The Registration

• While others were shouting and pouring her abusive words. Alpha Koen made sure she was done with her registration. He singled her out and called the official to process her papers, after which she was asked to go on with her rest for the day.
• She was about to live when Ashford came in.
• "Guess is Luna who I picked." Ashford asked Luna as she was leaving the hall.
• Meanwhile, Ashford had a hat on his head, and his attire made him look more like what he was as an alpha.
• "You look worried." He told her.
• "Why won't i? Please, I am not in the mood to speak with anyone. Let me have some breathing space." She said that and left him at that point. When she was going, she met Alpha Xavier on her way, which brought fear to her again. Luna saw the man she had seen late at night with a huge look. She was shocked when he drove without saying a word to her; rather, Alpha Xavier said it in his mind. "The cursed one." She observed the hard look from him, which made her feel shy. Meanwhile, Ashford came after her; he didn't want her to return home with such a bad look.
• "Let me lead you home." He said it to her.
• "A lift you mean," Luna asked. "But I am okay; I will be fine." She answered him. He insisted, but she had to stuck to her words, which was I am fine. Ashford then has to leave her. She struggles down to her rest place.
• At the office "She has been stuck in the pain that has surrounded her life." "How do you think we will get to give her a better life here in the academy?" Alpha Koen asked Ranee.
• "She should have read the letter properly and believed what she was here for." Ranee answered.
• "I know, but that lady wasn't worth the shouting and abusing words that come out from her colleague outside there." " They would have strangled her to death with such shouting." Alpha Koen speaks the more
• "I pray she will find love again." Ranee spoke.
• "The alpha here has yet to apply in full; they have all given a little distance aside from Ashford, who volunteered to pick her up from her residence." Alpha Ranee speaks more.
• "My aim for her is to give her a better life here at the academy," Alpha Koen added.
• "Same here; that's if she had understood."Ranee added.
• A knock at the Alpha Koen door
• "Who is that?" "Please come in; the door is opened." Alpha Koen said. Alpha Xavier came in, gave them a wave of hands, and sat on the seat even without being asked to do so.
• "The curse mate you brought looks beautiful; is she the one awarded the scholarship?" Alpha Xavier asked.
• "Alpha Xavier, you speak with a nonchalant attitude; I should have expected you to say some words of honor before us rather than starting up your question with this." Alpha koen said and continue . "She is Luna, the one awarded the scholarship.And why do you ask?"
• He smiled, putting on his rude act. Xavier brought down his eyeglasses and looked into Alpha Koen's eyes. "I am not surprised; I know she is the one, but I needed to verify. I see Ashford and his brother have taken her." He spoke with the observation he got while entering the academy.
• "I don't get you. Where and how do you mean?." " She was just brought in last night into the camp by Ashford, who volunteered to do so. How come you expect her to be taken by them so quickly?"
• "Alpha Koen, I am not here to brag words with you; I need a mate; the last mate that was contracted to me last time failed much in her duty, and here I am seeking another." He sounded.
• "Young man, this is a mateless academy where your desire to get a mate is granted, but that is not a guarantee why you should try to be rude to me or to the entire staff in this camp." "We all know you and your brother, but remember, the mate given to you last time ran out; she faded up due to the way you and your brother treated her; you made her look like trash; and you almost pushed her to bed. Especially Alpha Nico, your younger brother," Alpha Koen said.
• "Norah, the mate you gave to me got attracted to my brother; we both applied for a different mate each, only to get her to love the man who didn't love her; he only wanted her for bed; same here with me." Alpha Xavier complain.
• "Isn't that bad of you?." Ranee asked.
• "What then is this academy worth?." "You claim to give the mateless home, a place of comfort. But how many have understood that even true love can be found here if only they get to abide by the training and their involvement with their mate?" Alpha Koen, I am counting on you." Alpha Xavier said and brought out his contract paper with Norah is ex-mate.
• "I am here to terminate my contract with Norah; I heard she has reported here several times and has left my house to a new alpha." He handed over the paper to Alpha Koen.
• Alpha Koen went through it. "The termination will be valid after 24 hours, then you have a chance to pick or ask for a new contract."
• "You speak well; I will be waiting for that." Alpha Xavier answered and picked up his hat there at Alpha Koen office. After that he left, leaving Alpha Koen and Ranee.
• "He is rude, arrogant, and at the same time sounded so wicked; such a human shouldn't be contracted to Luna." Ranee observed Alpha Xavier.
• "We can't choose for her; she has the right to make her choice, not us." Alpha Koen answered.
• This was happening after Alpha Xavier had left. Koen handed over the paper to Mrs. Ranee; she was asked to sign it where necessary, and he also handed it over to the committee members/ council who were to add their signature's. Then after submitted to Koen awaiting the 24 hours. If Alpha Xavier doesn't change his mind befire the termination time, the contract is then known to be terminated.
