Chapter 23 The Bogus Contract

• The door swung open and Marcus Jackson walked in with followed by two bodyguards. He smirked as he made his way to greet Grandmother Lydia Jefferson.
• "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Jefferson Corporation Banquet." Grandmother took the stage and announced. "We are gathered here today to celebrate our collaboration with the Jackson Five Conglomerates Corporation. My soon be to son-in-law here will be presenting the contract today." Grandmother pointed at Marcus and the crowed jeered with applause.
• "So let's kick off this event with the contract signing shall we?" She said handing the stage to Marcus.
