• Josiah Grant’s sister, Josie, clammed up and refused to say another word, which sent the old matriarch into a fury. She snapped, “Third, go bring the family rod.”
• Josiah’s younger brother, Josiah Grant’s other sibling, wasn’t about to move. He knew Josie was doomed this time. Since he hadn’t taken part in the mess, he chose to protect himself. That alone already made him feel guilty toward this deadweight teammate of a sister.
