• Thane pulled on his shirt and fastened its buttons, trying to focus his mind on the workload he had to attend to at his companies and not the fact that his mom had almost made him miss a million dollar meeting the other day.
• "You know that's not possible, Thane. I can't say this enough." She'd said. "You need it as much as I want it."
