• Lena stared at the card in her hands, her eyes reading the numbers repeatedly. “Call me whenever." The card read right underneath the numbers. She'd stared at it long enough that she could recite the numbers off hand if she wanted to.
• Her mind raced. This could be her excuse to finally call Adrian and speak with him with no interruption.
