• The lobby of Dominic's office building was simple but striking. The walls were painted gray, and the floors were smooth, dark tiles that looked like they’d been freshly cleaned. A sleek black reception desk stood in the center, with a woman behind it typing quietly on her computer.
• To one side, there was a row of black chairs and a low glass coffee table with magazines spread across it. On the opposite wall, a large digital screen displayed the Rutherford logo and what looked like stock updates.
