• Three days later, Nicole still laid cold in her hospital bed, she was responding to treatment but she wasn't waking up, it was as if she didn’t want to wake up, Rafael was fed up with hearing the same story from the doctor, they were giving him anything new to hold on to just the same old story every time he asked them what was up with her and why she wasn’t waking up. it was clear even the doctor didn't expect her to be this late, at least they made him believe that much even though they didn’t say that to him directly, he just knew by how confused they seemed too that they expected to be up earlier, he couldn’t lie that he was scared that she might not wake up again but he didn’t let himself dwell on negative things like that.
• He couldn't be with her all the time as he was still finding it hard to believe that she had disobeyed him which had lead to this, he still wasn't happy with her but he wanted her to be awake that way he can scold her, yes he was going to scold her a lot for not doing as he said and also he needed to get Natalie to go to jail, Nicole needed to testify against her sister, Natalie had made things easy for him by confessing that she did push her sister, so she had been held at the station even though her parents had tried to bail her out, he made sure they couldn't do it, the public who had been on Natalie's side and also against his wife suddenly made a U-turn after what happened to Nicole broke out, they were suddenly a lot of people on her side and praying for her, not that he cared but at least they now knew who the real devil was and he was going to make sure that devil pays for everything she did to Nicole and their baby who was the biggest victim in this, his poor innocent child, she didn’t even get the chance to see the world or to even meet her parents, all because of a jealous freak
• Rafael walked into the hospital, exhausted, he had a long day at work compound with the fact that he wasn't getting enough sleep, he hoped to catch up on sleep tonight and hoped that his wife will wake up today, but he had wished the same thing for three days now still nothing, she just laid there like sleeping beauty but she didn't wake up, not even when he kissed her or told her he loves her.
