• Ariana sighed. Emerald had told them to use the stone when they find the secret passage but they had forgotten completely and had to find their way themselves. And now they will have to return to the place they had come from. Though they are so tired and hungry they must find a way of getting to the witch.
• "If that is what we should do, why not?" she muttered.
• They switched on their light and returned to the passage. After walking for a while, the stone stopped glowing blue but returned to its red natural color.
