• When I woke up, it was already mid-afternoon and by the time that we were prepared to head back to the castle, the sun seemed ready to start its descent below the horizon. Prince Leonard seemed to be in an even better mood when he woke up. He looked extremely energetic and everything that I said made him laugh. I didn’t think that I was being extra funny or entertaining so it must have been his mood.
• I had never seen the prince laugh and chuckle so much like this and it made me wonder for a moment if this was some kind of illness. Based on my previous encounters with him, I was more used to the colder and sardonic version of him. It wasn’t like I thought that this change was necessarily a bad change; however, I was certainly not used to this side of him.
• “It’s so sad that we have to head back…” he grumbled like a kid when he drove us back.
