Chapter 33
- Fabrice POV
- Lately, we’d had a surge in expecting mothers no surprise, given the strength of our new alliance and the increase in wolves seeking out Aurélie’s medical facility. I was proud of what we’d built together. State-of-the-art equipment, resources other packs envied, and a level of care that made she-wolves travel from far beyond our borders.
- The midwives were drowning in work, and with the full moon swelling overhead, I’d offered to help through the night. Something about the full moon always sent she-wolves into labour. I’d been awake for hours, assisting with the birth of two healthy babies now sleeping peacefully in their parents’ arms.
