Chapter 3 Born

• Franklin carried his wife out of the car, and he was also supported by the driver this time around.
• "Help!. Someone help us!". Franklin yelled while drawing the attention of all those that were present.
• The nurses who were not inside the hospital, quickly run towards Franklin with a hospital craft.
• "She has to lie down sir!". The nurses said as they assisted Merritt to lie down on the hospital craft.
• When Merritt had successfully laid down on the hospital craft, that was when Franklin realized that all this while........ his wife was naked, and now that they are entering inside the hospital then a lot of people would have to see his wife nakedness.
• "Please someone should help me with what I can use to cover......".
• "Don't worry about that Sir!". A nurse said, before using the hospital blue bed sheet to cover Franklin's wife.
• They kept on running towards the labor room because Franklin's wife's condition is currently a big emergency.
• Not to mention the fact that Franklin is a wealthy man in society.
• "You will have to leave us sir!. We promise to try our best, so you have to leave". A nurse said while pushing Franklin away because he wanted to follow the nurses inside the operation room.
• "No, leave my husband!". Merritt said with a weak voice. "I need him right now, so please allow him to follow me!". She pleaded, before biting her lower lips.
• The nurses had no other option but to nod their heads, as they made way for Franklin to follow them.
• The nurses carry Merritt to the main bed inside the labor room.
• They removed the clothes which they use in covering Merritt and smiled at her.
• "Miss!. You will have to do it a favor!". One of the nurses said while smiling wide. "You have to breathe in...... and then breathe out, and once we tell you to push, you have to push with all the strength inside of you!". The nurse added.
• "But...... miss...... what if I don't have any strength left inside of me?". Merritt asked while staring at the nurse.
• She felt like she couldn't do it, and her back hurt like hell.
• "Love!. I know that you can do it Okay!. So just believe in yourself!". Franklin said while caressing his wife's hand.
• "I can do it!". Merritt chanted to herself before nodding her head.
• "Alright this is what we are going to do here Miss!. You have to breathe in........ and now breathe out!". The nurse said, and Merritt did as she was told.
• The towel, bowl, scissors, and every other thing that Merritt needs are already kept tight, so with the hands of the nurse in the labor room on Merritt's stomach...... The doctor who had just walked in suddenly shouted; "Push!". The doctor shouted, and Merritt used all the strength left in her to push....... as she let out a loud cry.
• "You are doing great, Merritt. I can already see the head of the baby so breathe in....... and push!". The doctor said, and Merritt did as she was told.
• "Arrhh!. O My God!". Merritt cried out while squeezing her husband's hands so tight.
• "Love I need you to believe in yourself okay!. I need you to know that you can do this!. So just breathe in....... and push okay!". Franklin said while crying, as he pats his wife's hair.
• Never in his wildest dream, had he ever thought that women do go through something like this before giving birth.
• "Yeah!. I can do this!". Merritt said, and with that, she pushed once more.
• "You are doing great, Merritt. The baby head is already out......you just have to push once more okay!". The doctor said while giving her a thumbs up.
• Blood covered Merritt's entire body, and although Franklin wasn't the one in labor........he was crying more than Merritt, and his entire white has turned to red because it's covered with blood.
• "One!. Two!. Three....... go!". The doctor said, and Merritt pushed with the strength inside of her.
• She has given all she had, but yet the baby doesn't want to come out.
• She turned around to stare at her husband and saw that he was crying like a little kid, which hurt.
• She had planned on giving up but seeing her husband in this condition........ She shifted her gaze to the doctor and with a loud cry....... she pushed with her strength, and finally the baby was out.
• Merritt closed her eyes because she was Damm weak to do anything, not until she heard the cry of the baby.
• "Wah...... wah!". The baby cried out with a melodious voice.
• "Love!. Your baby is out!". Franklin said to his wife while smiling.
• He wiped the tears away from his eyes and ended up getting bloodstain on his face.
• The doctor gave Merritt the baby, and she carried her little angel while smiling.
• "Our baby is finally out!". Merritt said while placing the baby on her chest.
• The baby was still covered with blood, but Merritt felt like hugging the baby for eternity
• "Our baby is beautiful Love!. She has the nose of her father!". Merritt said while smiling.
• She couldn't believe that this little angel gave her a hard time in the labor room.
• "I think we should name her Harper......... she's someone..... who prevents one from doing something easily!". Merritt said while letting out a short laugh.
• "I guess the name suit's her!". Franklin said while smiling.
• "I'm going to miss you, Harper!". Merritt said, and with that, she let go of the child.
• "Hey, Love!. Stop acting around okay!". Franklin said, as he slightly hit his wife on her shoulder but to his surprise, his wife's body was Damn cold.
• "Arrrgh!!". Franklin yelled while falling on the floor.
• The doctor took the baby and gave it to a nurse so that they could clean her up.
• After giving the baby to a nurse, the doctor placed his stethoscope on Merritt's chest.
• He raises Merritt's hand and checks her pulse but finds out that she's......... dead.
• He walks towards the place where a neatly folded blanket is kept, before using them to cover Merritt.
• "I'm so sorry Mister Franklin....... but we lost your wife!". The doctor said,
• Franklin felt like if he's about to run mad, as he quickly opened the blank and roared like a beast.
• "Arrhhhhhh!!". Franklin yelled while crying, as he tugged his hair.

• And behind a dark house lies a man who was sleeping beside the fireplace.
• He opened his eyes all of a sudden, while his lips curved into a demonic smirk.
• 'My mate is born!'. He chanted to himself.
