• After their little conversation that night. Asher went to sleep but couldn’t sleep. His mind was troubled and it was all thanks to what Alex had come to relay to him while he was at the garden with Elizabeth.
• It seems the elders are trying to move against him. Asher knew if he didn’t come up with a way out soon, he will have more than the elders to contend with. He could have ask his brother for help but knowing him and all he stands for, he'd be his last go to person.
