• "Mr. Wright, you must be joking. I was just having a private conversation with Miss Chloe." Elena withdrew her hand and glanced at Arthur. "Mr. Fay, I heard that the Fay Corporation is looking for financing recently. I happen to have some spare cash on hand. Maybe I can help."
• Arthur's eyes lit up immediately. He was about to step forward, but he halted when Elena raised a hand. "But I have a condition. I would like to own thirty percent of the project on the property west of the city."
• "Thirty percent?" Arthur's smile froze on his face. "That's too much. I can give you ten percent at most."
