• The minutes began to pass and Khalid didn't come back, but Sophia's pulse hadn't slowed down, so for the time being everything was fine. I think the vampire is controlling the amount of blood he sucks, precisely so he doesn't put so much pressure on Sophia's body.
• Just as I start to worry, I see that Khalid is back, Sophia's heart is a little slower, but it still doesn't seem to be too worrying. The vampire's expression is indecipherable, he's certainly discovered something.
