Chapter 3
- Juliee spent most of the day working on a new book edit. After the first two of the series hit New York best seller she knew she would have to make this one a priority.
- She worked most of the night before she passed out. That was until she woke up to a woman practically screaming.
- ‘Oh god! Yes! Yes! Oh god, Benjamin!’
- Benjamin? Who the hell is Benjamin? The woman’s moans and screams don’t stop for another half an hour. Juliee just kept listening to her beg for more. Asking for it harder. Faster. Good lord, the man had stamina.
- Quickly, she sat up, realizing it was coming from Christians' apartment.
- ‘Oh god. Right there. Yes! I’m going to cum! Benjamin!’
- Juliee wondered if Benjamin was his real name. And if that is why he was hesitant to say it, and said Christian instead. Well, the man was clearly making the woman feel good because the next moment she yelled ‘Yes!’ With a long erotic moan.
- Well, Juliee figured she wouldn’t need to ask him how his evening went. Clearly, he was satisfied. God forbid the whole complex knows she is. Figuring that his bed was on the opposite wall of her own bed. But at least he didn’t have it against the wall. She knew she would have heard the headboard banging against it if so.
- Juliee laughed, wondering how much his lower neighbor must hate him. And then it clicked that was what he meant when he said his neighbors didn’t like him. And that he was a noisy neighbor. She didn’t throw parties. He had sex loudly. Juliee laughed some more before pushing up out of bed. The thought of the older couple that lived in her apartment before she listened to that, who knows how often.
- If she wasn’t already feeling horny and desperate, that sure did it for her.
- She decided to make herself some coffee and head out onto the balcony. Knowing she could see the sunrise in half an hour.
- The city is quiet below.
- The air is a bit chilly as winter starts. Not excited for the upcoming holidays. They hadn’t been her favorite in a long time. Not since her mother had passed.
- She watches as the light from the horizon hits the building glass that surrounds the area and gives the whole place a beautiful glow. The windows sold her on this place. But this. This view might just be what makes her stay.
- She hears the sliding door next door open and she slowly looks over. Christian or Benjamin stops right at the door with wide eyes as he sees her.
- “Good morning. Benjamin.” She says trying hard to hold back the laughter bubbling up.
- But he doesn’t hold his back as he starts laughing. “I apologize. The walls. Well, they’re thin. And it’s ugh—”
- Now she really can’t help laughing. “Must be why your neighbors moved out.”
- He closes the door and walks over to the edge of his balcony that separates his from hers. And so Juliee does the same and walks over as well. “I don’t usually like to tell women I pick up my real name so yes. Benjamin is what you heard.”
- Juliee didn’t understand why her body heated up at the fact she was one of the very few people who knew his real name. The thought he’s never heard his own real name being moaned makes her practically wet between her legs. And immediately wonders why that’s the first thought that comes to mind.
