Chapter 1
- “Could you just put that right there? Thank you.” Juliee says as the last of her boxes gets delivered. She propped the door open and let them finish before signing and closing her door. She stood at the door of her new apartment staring at the boxes she now had to unpack. She hated moving. But she did love redecorating a new place. It was her job. Interior designer.
- Juliee glanced around, finally taking in the apartment she had been wanting and waiting for an opening. And when this one got put up for sale she jumped on it. Not wasting a moment.
- She stared at the wall of windows that consumed her living room and knew she’d love stepping onto the balcony and watching sunrises and sunsets from out there.
- She decides to step onto the balcony and take in the view before diving into decorating. Taking in the sky and the view which was beautiful and why most people in this building never sell!
- “You must be the noisy new neighbor.”
- Juliee turns to see a handsome man sitting on the balcony next to hers. Reading something while drinking coffee. In only briefs. His salt and pepper hair suited him perfectly.
- Christian looked up from his book at glanced at his new neighbor for the first time since hearing all the commotion from next door.
- She leaned over the metal railing of the balcony, staring right at him. Beautiful blue eyes and long brown hair. Her figure was perfect. She was wearing leggings that showed off her wide hips and butt. And her tight shirt showed her breasts and thin hourglass waist.
- “It’s nice to meet you,” Christian says.
- He watched her gulp. “It’s nice to meet you, too. I’m so sorry for the loudness. It was all the movers. I swear I’ll be a quiet neighbor.” She reassured him.
- She watched as his muscles tightened as he let out a deep chuckle, one that sent shivers down Juliee’s back and straight to her core. Her thigh clenched involuntarily as she straightened up.
- Christian watched her with full intensity. Seeing her thigh clenching and it made his cock harden. “I can be a bit of a noisy neighbor myself. Hopefully, we can be friends.” He added quickly. Ignoring the fact he wanted to do less friendly things to her. But he held that thought back.
- Juliee figured he meant he threw parties. And knew she could handle them. She’s had lived in plenty of crapping apartments. One of her neighbors once was abusive and she had to call the cops quite a few times on the husband though the wife always claimed she fell. Another sold weed right out of his apartment, she laughed once when the door opened and the cloud of smoke flowed out of it. And she wondered how they even saw anything inside or how the smoke detectors never went off. One apartment complex had a dead body in one of the apartments for so long that they only found out after everyone made complaints about the smell not knowing it was a corpse.
- So yeah. She could handle some loud parties. That was nothing for her.
- The balcony door of Christan's apartment slides open and his one-night stand steps out with a large smile. Though Christian doesn’t even glance her way. His eyes are completely on Juliee. And her reaction is priceless to her as she gulps and turns to look away.
- Juliee figured that must be his girlfriend though she clearly had no decency to cover herself as she stepped out fully naked onto the balcony for her and anyone with a view of their balcony to see.
- “You coming back to bed?” She says softly with a hint of dirtiness in her tone but Christian doesn’t even glance at her. Juliee watches him as he stares at her before he looks back to his book.
- “I have to leave. So please get your things.”
- Not a wife or girlfriend.
- The woman looks like she’s about to pout before she looks over at Juliee and then storms off.
- Juliee bursts into laughter trying to hold it back but failing miserably which catches his attention. He arches an eyebrow at her before she tries to explain.
- “Sorry,” Juliee says as she catches her breath. “She just seemed… well… bratty.” She mutters and the moment the words leave her lips she regrets them. Her eyes widen. “I didn’t— I didn’t—“ she stuttered.
- But his laugh completely stops her babbling and worrying. “She is. Quite annoying actually. But she had her fun. Now she needs to go.”
- It clicks for Juliee at that moment, a one-night stand. He’s that kind of guy. But as her eyes rake over his body once more it’s understandable how he gets them. He’s definitely a good-looking man with a body.
- “Well, it was nice to meet you. I gotta unpack. You have a good day.”
- Christian gives her a nod before she heads back into her apartment and stares at the hundreds of boxes lying around her.
