Chapter 22 A Rescue Mission II

• Ezra opened his eyes. He saw Laure standing near the door looking out onto the woods. Laure turned feeling the eyes on him. He saw Ezra was awake.
• “Are you – dating her?” he asked nodding to the woman who was talking to the guards outside.
• “Who Sana? We do have a mutually beneficial relationship. However, that is not what should concern you more now,” said Laure trying to smother the part of him that was killing him for doing this to Ezra.
