Chapter 12 Something Beautiful

• Alexander saw Miguel carrying around Syrus who was babbling. He was back from a nasty job and seeing them, and the kids who were playing a game of football in the yard was the best thing to walk into.
• He snorted. Maybe Miguel was right. He did like the idea of family. But that was not just the thing. He looked at Miguel who saw him. His injury will heal in time for the next match which was a week away.
• Syrus smiled at Alexander shyly. He was very shy to ask to be taken in his arms or a hug or a kiss. Alexander dropped a kiss on his hair. Miguel smiled at Syrus.
