Chapter 22 Days With The Alpha

• Izzy nods, feeling her cheeks redden even further as she realizes that she actually wants for them to take this a step further. She looks up at Carter, but suddenly, she gasps when he carries her in his strong arms instead. He walks to her bed as she wraps her arms around his neck.
• Once inside her room, Carter gently places Izzy on top of her bed. She can’t help but feel a flutter in her stomach as he hovers on top of her.
• “Are you sure about this, Izzy?” he asks softly, his gray eyes searching hers for any sign of hesitation.
