• Andrew’s POV
• I accidentally found my mate, but damn it, she's a human girl.
• "She's our mate, bring her!" My wolf kept howling in my mind, and I tried my best to ignore him. But I had to admit, the bond's power was unbeatable. I couldn't control the urge to touch her, to possess her.
• I saw her there, drinking, her cheeks flushed with a slight intoxication. She had no idea how much her appearance attracted me.
• "Take her!" My wolf still roared, but I didn't look at her anymore. I turned and headed to the rooftop suite.
• As the Alpha of the Dark Moon Pack and heir to the Turner family, my father had decreed that the public wolves of the Turner family couldn't mate with humans, and as a result, my siblings and I had pure lycanthropic blood.
• But now, I have found my mate, and she is human.
• The Turner family was a powerful clan, deeply involved in politics and business, and held a prominent position.
• I had an elder half-brother, Thomas Turner. When I first interned at the company at the age of eighteen, I demonstrated an extraordinary talent for business. Under my management, all projects met with great success.
• This stirred up a significant sense of threat within Thomas. So, he expelled me from the country. If it weren't for Thomas being diagnosed with late-stage lung cancer a year ago, I wouldn't be back in the country now.
• Thomas had a 25-year-old son, Henry.
• In principle, Henry was supposed to be the successor to the family business. However, due to Thomas's cunning nature, he had spoiled his son, and Henry had turned into a debauched young man who squandered his life.
• Consequently, I naturally inherited the family business and became the Alpha of the Dark Moon Pack.
• I know how hard-won everything today has been, so I don't want my human mate ruin everything.
• I turn off the lights and lie down on the bed, trying to calm myself.
• Until the next second, my mate appears in my room.
• The room is pitch black, and I can't see my mate's face, but I know it's her. I can smell her scent.
• I want to speak up and drive her away, but the next second, she stumbles towards me.
• Her soft body presses against mine, and she gazes at me affectionately before planting a kiss on my forehead.
• Her sweet scent envelops me, making me want to possess her fiercely.
• And when she tells me, "I'm yours,"
• All my rationality crumbles in an instant.
• So I possess her fiercely, until hearing her call out another name while making love to me,
• James? Clearly, this belongs to a man, which fills me with resentment. I increase the force beneath me.
• She is mine, there shouldn't be another man in her mind.

• My rationality didn't return until the next morning when I looked at my human mate's sleeping face.
• The marks all over her body were signals of how wild I had been last night.
• I pretended to calmly dress and leave the room, luckily not waking her.
• I tried to treat it as just a one-night stand and convinced myself not to dwell on it.
• But as I sat in the car, I couldn't help but message my Beta, ordering him to keep an eye on the human girl.
• Then my Beta reported every little detail of her to me, but I didn't respond.
• I thought I should find a time to reject her, listening to news about her was just a waste of time.
• Until one day, my Beta rushed into my office, and just as I was about to reprimand him, he said,
• "Alpha, that human girl, Isabella, she's pregnant with your baby!"
• All the she-wolves in my pack wanted to bear my children, but I never gave them the chance.
• This time, it was obviously an accident.
• "Alpha, she wants to abort your child," Beta's voice came again.
• Anger surged in my heart.
• How dare she not want my child?
• Did she want to kill this child and marry her beloved, James?
• Thinking of her calling out his name while we made love, and now wanting to kill my child for that man...
