• The pediatric ward was on the third floor of the hospital, and Andrew carried the child directly into the office of the department head, where they were received by pediatrician Samuel.
• Samuel was around the same age as Andrew, dressed in a white coat, and holding a stethoscope. He listened carefully to the child's heart and lungs.
• "No abnormal sounds in the lungs, so the high fever is unlikely caused by pneumonia. Let's run a complete blood count to check for inflammation," Samuel placed the stethoscope on the table and started writing a prescription on the computer.
