He was bare chested, with sleep mussed hair and sleepy eyes that squinted at her vague form in the doorway. She hated how she noticed the lamp illuminating the well toned muscles of his chest, the hair on his chest that trailed down...
Her eyes snapped back up to his face, face reddening with embarrassment as she realised he might as well be naked under those sheets. Or not. She wasn't sure she wanted to find out.
Her throat was suddenly very dry. "I'm... I'm sorry I barged into your room. A fever," she rasped when she found her voice. "Alice has a fever..."
