• Mrs. Adams, Mariam, and Grandmother sat in their cozy living room, the late afternoon sun casting a warm glow through the lace curtains. A pot of tea and a plate of cookies sat on the coffee table, untouched as they engaged in their favorite pastime: discussing Leah and Richard's relationship.
