Chapter 63

• I lay down on my bed like a lifeless being. I checked the time and it was only 5:30 in the morning. I went into the shower to scrub my whole body. When I was done, I put on skinny jeans and a shirt that covers all the mark evidence on my body. I took my time to style my hair and did a little makeup to brighten my face. I remember telling Ava and Hattie that I prefer going around with my natural look but I have been using makeup frequently this past few days.
• I carried a designer bag to compliment my outfit and I pick up my car key to prepare for the day.
• I unlocked the door and walk down the stairs, only to find the lounge occupied. Who are these people? I ignored every single one of them and walk towards the exit, only to be stopped by Jenny. At least she is finally starting to show her true colours.
