• Matthew was in the middle of a meeting about a new project at Logan Corporation.
• "Mr. Logan, South Street is a busy commercial area. Turning it into an art district is clearly a losing deal. If we invest in this project, we’ll be throwing money away."
• Matthew absently rolled the black coral bracelet on his wrist. His voice was calm but firm. "It was never about making money. This city lacks a refined art district. The local planning board has wanted to do this for a long time, but nothing ever came of it. If we inject enough capital, we can partner with the city to transform the street into a high-end arts hub. It’ll improve the city’s image and enhance the reputation of our company."
