• All the muscles in her body had refused to listen to her command at that time.
• The driver watched in horror as DeLorna fell to the floor when she heard the howl. He knew it was the wolves attacking. There wouldn't have been much panic if it had only been omega wolves that were attacking. But the howl just now was the howl of an Alpha. Though he wasn't sure he could at least tell.
• If it wasn't the howl of an Alpha DeLorna wouldn't be forced to her knees as she would have heard the howl of their Alpha many times so a random howl other than an Alpha's howl wasn't sufficient enough to make her fall on her knees.
