Chapter 238 Sinking Deeper

• Ryleigh did not return to the R&S Group headquarters after having dinner with Ryan Gartner. After sleeping for only three hours last night and spending her entire day at the police station after the incident involving Liam Willow, working overtime was off the cards today. She was exhausted beyond belief, yawning multiple times as she sat in the backseat of a cab on the way back home to her rental apartment.
• Ryleigh got off the cab at the entrance of Eden Apartments and looked around. She breathed a sigh of relief when she did not spot Damian waiting around for her tonight. He had sent her a few messages and called her twice today. She only texted him back on the way home, telling him she was too tired to speak today.
