• I smiled sheepishly as she hugged me tightly. I reached out to pull her in, and Delilah laughed a bit. Raising my head to gaze at the old lady who didn't seem to age much, I nodded in gratitude.
• "Thank you," I said and she paused momentarily before shaking her head.
• "Don't thank me, Alpha Kameel. I wouldn't have been here if Luna Mirabel hadn't contacted me immediately. She summoned me to check on you last night but I couldn't make it until this morning"
