Chapter 14 I Am Honest

• The next day, I went to work as usual and although I could feel the stares or the whispers behind my back, I didn't let it affect me, I carried on as if nothing had happened, with my head held high, full of dignity.
• When it was time to work with Alex, well, it was very difficult for me to concentrate and ignore him, but I did the best I could, despite all his insinuations.
