• “Wait a minute!” I shouted, heart racing as I heard the knock on my door. In a split second, I shoved Archer toward the window with all my might, his eyes widening in disbelief.
• He collided with the frame, the quiet thud seeming much louder in my head. I shot him a glare, mouthing furiously, "Seriously?"
• Just as I thought things couldn't get any worse, Lupus popped up beside him, his expression mirroring Archer's panic. They both scrambled, trying to hide, but their awkward shuffle only made the situation more absurd.
