• I felt a headache coming on—she was clearly here for me. We were still a bit of a distance from Jablonsky Corporation—if Jenny had come to see Stefan, she wouldn't have parked right outside my studio.
• I really didn't want to get involved in whatever mess Jenny and Stefan had between them, and Stefan hadn't allowed me to get involved either. I considered pretending I hadn't seen her and slipping away quietly, but Jenny honked her horn to get my attention. On that point, she and her son really were cut from the same cloth.
