- Red's soft moaning was heard and immediately made Aamon gasp. Although the young man tried to suppress his emotions, he looked relieved to find Red awake. Red's face looked up, and she seemed surprised to wake up in Aamon's arms.
- "What happened?" asked Red in a husky voice.
- "We have to get out of here." That was Aamon's only answer.
