Chapter 9 Things Would Mever Be The Same

  • The town was rowdy and distraught, as the news of the murder of four teenagers spread like wildfire among the folks of hallow grove. It had been hours since the death of the four teenagers that had shattered the peace of this normally sleepy town. Their deaths had left the community devastated.
  • The once-bustling streets were now void of life, the shops and stores all shuttered. The few people who did venture outside moved quickly, their faces set in grim determination as they went about their business. The sense of sadness was palpable, the grief for lost sons, brothers, and friends weighing heavily in the air.
  • In the town square, there was a makeshift memorial set up for the four teenagers, Adrain, Clara, Ellis, and Ella. A sea of flowers, balloons, and candles adorned the base of a large statue. The names of the deceased were inscribed on a plaque at the foot of the statue- a reminder of the tragedy that had befallen this small town.
