Chapter 13 The Couples Dinner

• Last night was worth the stress as I enjoyed the frustration on Lysander's face. One thing he hated is being ripped off of what belongs to him and I did that to him last night.
• While in my room, I raised the pendant and portrayed it in the mirror before me. As I gazed at it, I sniffed intensely remembering the beautiful relationship I used to share with Old Mrs Sylvie before her death. I know she may be sad that I took what she handed over to her son but I'm confident she'd understand why I did that.
