• I don’t know why I’m here. I’ve been acting out of character, and I’m running out of excuses to give Meredith. We have a presidential debate in a week, I should be preparing for that, and yet I’m here chasing after a girl like a fucking horny teenager.
• But I can’t really be blamed. There is just something about Alexandra that makes me want to give everything bad about me so I can give her sunshine, rainbows, and shit. She makes me think about a future I never thought I’d imagine, and the way my heart jumps at the mere touch of her fingers makes me even more sure about my slowly developing obsession.
