Chapter 40 Forty

• "Mr. Nick..." Nick was sitting on the counter while drinking wine when a woman walked towards him. Nick shot her a gaze and then extended his hand towards her.
• Tonight, he was drinking wholeheartedly. Drinking to lose himself in another world where he would not feel something, that strange wave of emotions in his heart won't be tormenting him anymore.
• The woman held his arm and he pulled her closer to him. "Seems Mr. Nick is in the mood tonight."
