ALYSSA'S POV
She spent the rest of the day catching up with Lucas, and they met with Laura once they were done training together. The three of them decided to check on the pack members, and she took a mental note of everyone who was still fit enough to fight. By the time they were done, it was already late into the evening and she excused herself, promising to catch up with them the next day.
Lucas offered to walk her back but she declined, pushing him to escort his sister home instead. Her walk back to the pack house was shorter than she'd like, she was already beginning to enjoy the cool breeze and the stillness,
