• Claire's POV
• Sebastian didn’t tell me where we were going. He just said we’d be away for a few weeks, just the two of us. Wherever he plans to take me, I have absolutely no clue.
• We left the inn a little past three in the afternoon. It’s almost five now and we’re still on the road. Sebastian has been insatiable since last night. But even with that, he never forgets to be gentle when he makes love to me. I think that’s sweet—but there’s also a part of me that wishes he wouldn’t hold back. I want him to be completely himself with me. I don’t want him to restrain or control himself. I want him raw, real—unfiltered.
