• Sebastian stood on the makeshift stage set up in the middle of an undeveloped property. The land stretched out to about 10,000 square meters—spacious, raw, and right by the sea. The strong ocean breeze hit hard, wild and fresh. For Sebastian, it was the perfect spot for this project.
• He scanned the small crowd gathered before him, all eyes locked on him, listening intently. Employees, executives from partner companies—even the well-known Engr. Fabian Romano, Chairman of Crown Builders, Inc., was there.
• “I’m really happy to see familiar faces here this morning,” Sebastian began, his voice calm but proud. “This is just a small, intimate gathering—close friends in the industry, trusted colleagues.
