• Trying to get through this investor meeting is damn near impossible right now with the thoughts…sounds of Amira earlier this week. I swear that woman…if she was a drug I would gladly take it until I dropped dead on the floor if I wasn’t in the position I am in. I can’t afford to let myself slip up and she is absolutely my kryptonite right now but I can’t seem to push her away and disassociate myself with her. My dad told me once upon time when I was closer to taking over for him, that any significant other needed to be someone who could handle living life without me, who would be able to handle danger and death…the ugliest side of this life which is why I’ve never sought anyone out because no one could handle this life…my life, until Amira came barging into my life like a bull in a China shop.
