• My period still hadn't come. It had been late for a week. At first, I didn't take it seriously. But one day, when I was in the washroom, I heard two girls chatting. One of them mentioned that her period hadn't come, and she was afraid she might get pregnant.
• Her words reminded me. I began to wonder if I got pregnant.
• I didn't feel nervous. Actually, I was sort of looking forward to it, not because it was my task, but because after this period of being with Pedro, I had a feeling for him.
