• If she wouldn’t have been Lina’s mother. I would have ripped her head off right then and there. Lina lost her consciousness too quickly compared to any werewolf. That was when I smelled the scent of wolfbane. I looked at the dagger that Mom had held. It was laced with wolfsbane. It meant that the moment it would have entered Lina’s blood, her wolf would have gotten into a deep slumber.
